Terence (Terry) N. O'Heron leads the university’s enterprise learning management system (LMS), Canvas. He's responsible for coordinating services provided by various administrative and academic units supporting the successful development and deployment of Canvas functionality and other learning tools which facilitates teaching, learning, and research for 100,000+ faculty and students. Terry’s team also has four other areas of responsibilities. Support and advance Penn State’s initiative to improve accessibility of web resources and information systems. Plan and implement TLT's marketing and communications strategy. Perform operations, maintenance and support of the computer labs and technology classrooms as well as recommend new technologies. Lastly, support TLT's overall operations, as appropriate.
